Position Summary
The Executive Vice President of Enterprise Strategy is a senior leadership position focused on shaping company-wide strategy, guiding growth programs, and leading long-term organizational change. This role partners with executive leaders and teams across the business to ensure strategic plans translate into effective execution, support sustainable expansion, and reinforce competitive strength across markets and business lines.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced strategy leader to direct corporate strategy, enterprise planning, and transformation efforts. The EVP of Enterprise Strategy will help set long-range business direction, assess new opportunities for growth, strengthen alignment across the organization, and contribute to executive decisions. This leader will work closely with operations, finance, product, technology, customer-facing teams, commercial leadership, and other senior stakeholders to improve execution and support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategy and Corporate Planning
- Create and refresh organization-wide strategic plans that support business goals and long-term growth objectives.
- Advise executive leadership on corporate direction, priority setting, and enterprise goals.
- Assess market opportunities, competitor moves, and emerging industry trends.
- Ensure strategy is grounded in operational reality and organizational capability.
- Support long-term transformation and expansion initiatives.
Strategic Growth and Business Transformation
- Evaluate potential growth paths, strategic partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
- Help lead transformation programs and organization-wide improvement efforts.
- Drive initiatives tied to scalability, market entry or expansion, and innovation.
- Improve coordination across business units and leadership teams.
- Contribute to scalable strategy frameworks and governance processes.
Executive Decision Support and Market Intelligence
- Perform strategic analysis, market research, and business performance reviews.
- Prepare executive recommendations informed by operational, financial, and market data.
- Track industry shifts, competitive trends, and strategic risk factors.
- Support forecasting, business planning, and investment evaluation efforts.
- Share strategic reports and performance insights with senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with operations, finance, product, engineering, HR, commercial, and executive teams.
- Align enterprise initiatives with company priorities and operational objectives.
- Enable cooperation between executive leadership and business functions.
- Support company-wide communication and strategic coordination.
- Strengthen the connection between corporate vision and day-to-day execution.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Management, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 15 years of leadership experience in corporate strategy, enterprise planning, consulting, business transformation, or executive management.
- Prior experience driving enterprise-level strategic initiatives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- Strong strategic judgment, organizational leadership skills, and executive-level communication ability.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and create alignment across the organization.
- Familiarity with strategic planning, operational scaling, and business performance management.
Preferred Experience
- Background in SaaS, technology, fintech, AI, platform businesses, or large enterprise environments.
- Experience in management consulting, corporate development, investment strategy, or organizational transformation.
- Exposure to global or multi-region enterprise operations.
- Knowledge of executive reporting, enterprise analytics, and strategic governance models.
- Experience working closely with senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
