Role Overview
This is a full-time remote executive opportunity based in the United States. The Executive Vice President for North America will be part of the senior leadership group and will own business strategy, regional operations, commercial expansion, and client relationships across the United States and Canada.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this leader will drive regional growth plans, deepen institutional partnerships, and support revenue growth through strategic engagement with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, wealth management firms, and enterprise accounts. The role requires close coordination with Business Development, Strategy, Client Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver the company’s expansion goals across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the North America region’s strategic direction and operational execution.
- Own regional growth initiatives and expand the company’s presence in the United States and Canada.
- Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, family offices, wealth managers, and enterprise clients.
- Support revenue generation through partnerships and executive-level commercial development.
- Work across business development, strategy, client success, marketing, finance, and operations to align regional execution.
- Guide large, distributed teams and support high-performance commercial outcomes.
- Oversee regional business performance, including forecasting and P&L-related management.
- Represent the company in executive discussions and strategic client engagements.
Candidate Profile
The preferred candidate is a senior executive with deep leadership experience in financial services, fintech, investment management, or digital assets, along with a strong history of scaling regional businesses and leading commercial teams.
Qualifications
- At least 20 years of executive-level experience in regional management, business development, commercial leadership, general management, corporate strategy, or executive management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead regional growth programs and large teams spread across multiple locations.
- Strong background in strategic planning, business expansion, enterprise sales, and executive relationship management.
- Experience working with institutional investors, family offices, wealth management firms, financial institutions, or enterprise clients.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation abilities.
- Strong financial understanding, including regional P&L oversight, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Experience leading cross-functional executive teams in fast-growing organizations.
- Background in cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, investment management, or financial services is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
- MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
