Key responsibilities

• Follow approved production methods and work instructions to ensure process compliance.
• Add raw materials in line with the batch-wise requirements.
• Complete the necessary SAP transactions and maintain accurate process records.
• Keep environmental and quality documentation updated on a regular basis.
• Share production progress, plan status, and section-level concerns with superiors.
• Organize shift work considering manpower availability, machine readiness, and batch planning.
• Verify that all in-process checks are completed according to process standards.
• Prepare and submit the shift-end report.
• Log every equipment breakdown in MAINTWIZ.
• Conduct the daily round of the section.
• Ensure consumables are available by raising store requests and monitoring stock levels in the section.
• Keep the shop floor, machines, equipment, and process areas clean and hygienic.
• Maintain 5S standards across the floor and cabins.
• Perform breakdown analysis to support corrective action.
