Role overview
This role leads the high-end and luxury kitchens category, with ownership of revenue growth and profit-and-loss performance. The position covers the full customer journey, from pre-sales and sales through installation and post-sale support. It also involves guiding an in-store sales team that works with customers, architects, and interior designers to understand needs, build relationships, and convert demand into sales.
Core responsibilities
- Drive revenue for the luxury kitchens category while ensuring a strong bottom line.
- Own the complete customer experience, including initial pitching, product selection support, installation coordination, and after-sales service.
- Manage relationships with architects and interior designers, including maintaining the existing network and adding new professionals to the portfolio.
- Understand and service AID requirements, while introducing new products and brands to them.
- Build and manage lead-generation efforts to improve market share and strengthen the sales funnel.
- Spend time in the market to gather customer insights and identify emerging trends, then use those insights to improve design offerings and sales strategies.
- Develop processes that support an effective sales organization and help expand revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with international brand partners and their teams.
- Maintain sales trackers, negotiation-stage updates, and product movement information on a weekly basis.
- Take ownership of category reporting, including forecasting demand and analyzing year-to-date and prior-year sales to support vendor ordering decisions.
- Lead teams across sales, installation, and after-sales functions to achieve category goals.
