Role overview
This position is a field-based sales and relationship role in Mysuru, centered on strengthening partnerships with architects and interior designers (AIDs). The focus is on driving engagement across home décor categories such as luxury lighting, kitchen and wardrobe solutions, bath fittings and sanitaryware, UPVC windows and doors, textures, wood finishes, wallpapers, fabrics, and related product lines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing AIDs and handle their service needs.
- Identify and onboard new AIDs, while building a database of active architects within the assigned geography.
- Keep the CML (Customer Master List) for AIDs accurate and updated.
- Assess and plan business opportunities across the territory and product categories through AIDs.
- Generate leads by presenting product catalogs and brochures, sharing information on launches and updates, and arranging follow-up meetings to deepen engagement.
- Visit customer homes and project sites, serve as the main contact for escalations, and help ensure a smooth home décor integration experience.
- Work with category teams to secure backend support and ensure execution happens smoothly.
- Maintain weekly tracking of architect visits and related activity metrics.
Tracking and reporting
- Number of catalogs and collaterals distributed.
- Number of product briefings conducted.
- Number of AID sites visited.
