This position is remote with occasional travel. The role involves supporting partner businesses and strategic alliances, mainly focusing on guiding executives and organizations toward realizing their potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with CEOs as a strategic advisor and coach to help them tackle business challenges and enhance leadership capabilities.
• Coach senior executives to improve operational performance, align strategic goals, and boost team collaboration.
• Manage priority projects by ensuring timely progress and proactively addressing obstacles using strategic insight.
• Assist aligned businesses with strategic planning, operational processes, and investor relations to facilitate international growth.
• Serve as communication bridge between executive teams and external parties to ensure effective implementation of essential initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional projects to optimize operational efficiency and streamline business functions.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a CEO or business executive with a deep interest in leadership coaching and strategic operations.
• At least 10 years of expertise in leadership, operational management, or project oversight.
• Documented success in leading teams and promoting organizational development.
• Excellent communicator skilled in engaging diverse groups and fostering collaboration.
• Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Leadership, or related disciplines; MBA is advantageous.
• Strong strategic thinker with sound business judgment and capacity to convert vision into practical plans.
