About the Position

A prominent global financial services company is looking to expand its pool of temporary Executive Assistants to support assignments of various durations. This role involves delivering high-quality administrative support within a fast-paced corporate environment located in Mayfair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing comprehensive schedules and calendars for diverse personnel
  • Coordinating travel plans and logistics
  • Processing and reconciling expense reports
  • Assisting a wide range of stakeholders, from analysts up to Managing Director level
  • Handling additional ad hoc administrative duties as needed

Candidate Profile

  • Availability for continuous or occasional temporary assignments without seeking permanent positions
  • Professional demeanor with flexibility and adaptability
  • Proven background as an Executive Assistant in comparable corporate sectors such as finance, consulting, technology, or commercial industries
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Concur or Salesforce platforms is a plus but not mandatory
