About the Position
A prominent global financial services company is looking to expand its pool of temporary Executive Assistants to support assignments of various durations. This role involves delivering high-quality administrative support within a fast-paced corporate environment located in Mayfair.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing comprehensive schedules and calendars for diverse personnel
- Coordinating travel plans and logistics
- Processing and reconciling expense reports
- Assisting a wide range of stakeholders, from analysts up to Managing Director level
- Handling additional ad hoc administrative duties as needed
Candidate Profile
- Availability for continuous or occasional temporary assignments without seeking permanent positions
- Professional demeanor with flexibility and adaptability
- Proven background as an Executive Assistant in comparable corporate sectors such as finance, consulting, technology, or commercial industries
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Concur or Salesforce platforms is a plus but not mandatory
