Job description
Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to support the President at our Mississauga, Ontario location. This full-time, onsite role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000 plus an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. This key position combines executive assistance with vital involvement in sales operations, customer engagement, business development, and project coordination. Occasional domestic and international travel will be required. Free onsite parking is available, with the location best accessed by car.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver complete executive support by managing a complex and evolving calendar, preparing correspondence, reports and presentations, coordinating travel logistics, and overseeing communications with confidentiality and discretion.
- Act as a liaison among the President, sales teams, customers, and external partners, coordinating sales activities, customer communications, and business development efforts.
- Organize and support participation in meetings, trade shows, and various strategic initiatives, including CRM management, sales tracking, and account management.
- Manage cross-functional projects, track deadlines and milestones, and arrange company events and leadership meetings.
- Continuously improve administrative processes and develop strong internal and external relationships supporting organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally Presidents or CEOs.
- Strong background in sales, business development, customer success, or commercial operations support is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management abilities with keen attention to detail and professional executive presence.
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience handling confidential information, multitasking in fast-paced environments, and problem-solving independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to undertake occasional travel.
