Position Overview
A Singapore government-affiliated agency is seeking an Engagement Manager to join their team through Adecco. This role requires a meticulous professional skilled in coordinating stakeholders, researching the ICT sector, and managing data reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to handle engagement requests efficiently.
- Develop briefing materials and assessments for leadership meetings.
- Maintain a tracking system for all engagements and ensure follow-up actions are completed promptly.
- Aggregate and analyze supplier data for reporting purposes.
- Perform market research regarding the ICT industry landscape.
- Assist with various administrative and operational duties as necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, ICT, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional experience within the ICT sector or similar areas.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, including fundamental data analysis and report generation.
- Demonstrates strong organizational abilities, analytical thinking, and can work independently or collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Tableau software is a significant plus.
