Job description
Overview
This is an exciting opening for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support senior leaders at a boutique hedge fund in Mayfair. The role partners closely with the Head of Deals and the Chief Operating Officer, placing you at the centre of a dynamic, high-pace environment with frequent interaction across leadership, investors, and external contacts.
The position is broad and hands-on, spanning executive support, investor relations coordination, operational tasks, and general business administration. It suits an EA who enjoys taking ownership, works well under pressure, and can keep multiple priorities moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and email queues across several time zones, keeping priorities aligned and meetings well organised.
- Arrange international travel, roadshows, investor meetings, and event logistics.
- Handle expense processing, corporate card checks, and coordination with finance teams.
- Maintain CRM records, investor information, and reporting data to a high standard.
- Support investor-facing communications, meeting preparation, logistics, and presentation materials.
- Serve as a primary contact point for executives, investors, and external partners.
- Assist with operational and project work across the wider business as needed.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with at least 3 years of Executive Assistant experience in hedge funds, asset management, private equity, investment banking, or broader financial services. The right person will bring excellent organisation, strong diary and travel coordination skills, and a calm, professional approach when dealing with senior stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, DealCloud, Dynamo, or HubSpot is important, along with advanced Microsoft Office capability. A proactive mindset, adaptability, discretion, and a practical, solution-oriented style are essential for success in this role.
Benefits
- Join a successful and expanding hedge fund with a strong market reputation.
- Gain exposure to senior leadership and investor-related activity.
- Work in a collaborative, polished, and high-quality professional setting.
- Receive a competitive salary and benefits package, with pay aligned to experience.
Additional Information
This is an office-based role in Mayfair, London, with working days from Monday to Friday. The package offered is competitive and includes benefits, with overall compensation depending on experience.
