- Produce high-quality presentations, documents, and communications to meet executive standards.
- Administer inbox management by prioritizing and addressing important correspondences promptly.
- Coordinate travel, events, and itineraries with thorough attention to detail.
- Handle expense reports and administrative tasks precisely and professionally.
- Assist with personal administrative duties as required, maintaining strict discretion at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Graduated caliber professional with 2 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within corporate, financial, or professional services sectors.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication abilities in both verbal and written formats.
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives and high-profile individuals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of delivering high-standard presentations.
