Overview
This role is designed to provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistance within a family office environment. The individual will be responsible for managing various personal and business-related tasks to support the principal and the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the principal, including booking travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, holidays, and business trips.
- Managing properties and handling personal matters including overseeing apartments, houses, family trips, and private jet arrangements.
- Supporting office operations and collaborating with investment teams by assisting in research and preparing investment presentations.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven experience ranging between five to ten years as a Personal Assistant for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), C-level executives such as CEOs or Chairmen, or within a family office setting.
- Experience in a corporate environment is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous international work experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work remotely within a small team and maintain flexible working hours.
- Must possess a polished demeanor, strong communication skills, and eagerness to continuously learn.
