Position Overview
The Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios division seeks an Executive Assistant eager to contribute to a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization. This position entails assisting senior executives within the Global TV Business Affairs team, demanding exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple crucial requests across worldwide teams, and keen attention to detail under stringent timelines.
Primary Duties
- Coordinate intricate calendars and schedule appointments effectively.
- Arrange both domestic and international travel logistics.
- Oversee submission and management of expense reports.
- Plan and facilitate both internal and external meetings.
- Organize and support team events such as staff meetings, town halls, off-site meetings, and social gatherings.
- Monitor and promote timely completion of critical deliverables and ensure follow-up on pending actions.
- Provide assistance to the executive assistant to the head of Global TV Business Affairs by contributing to team activity planning, office moves, and morale-boosting programs aimed at strengthening team culture.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners, recruiting teams, and fellow Executive Assistants to support the organization's needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience as an executive assistant.
- Proficient in managing executive-level calendars and safeguarding confidential information.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite tools.
- Familiarity with the television and media industry is essential.
- Track record of coordinating domestic and international travel.
Preferred Experience
- Background in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Proven ability to enhance operational efficiency through process design.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.
