We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a prestigious global alternative investment firm in London, covering a 13-month maternity leave. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that involves supporting a select group of senior leaders within a collaborative and high-achieving team. The role requires ownership, adaptability, and strong relationship-building skills to function as a trusted partner across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently managing complex and frequently changing schedules across multiple time zones.
- Organizing international travel plans, itineraries, and logistical arrangements.
- Coordinating meetings, team gatherings, and offsite events.
- Preparing presentations, meeting documents, and supplementary materials.
- Handling expense reports and assisting with various administrative tasks.
- Maintaining communication channels as a primary point of contact for both internal and external parties.
- Ensuring smooth daily operations within the team.
- Balancing competing priorities while adapting to evolving business requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant within financial services, investment management, professional services, or comparably fast corporate environments.
- Exceptional organizational abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining composure under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
