About Siemens

Siemens is a global technology company working across industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare. The company develops solutions that support more efficient factories, stronger supply chains, smarter buildings and power networks, sustainable mobility, and advanced healthcare, with the goal of creating meaningful impact for customers.

Siemens emphasizes sustainable progress through technology and brings together the real and digital worlds to improve how people live, work, and move. The organization also places strong value on employee growth, diversity, and an inclusive culture.

Role overview

Siemens is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the President of DI Automation Americas. This position calls for a person who can manage a complex and frequently changing executive calendar, make sound decisions quickly, and work with a high level of precision and professionalism.

The right candidate will be comfortable in a fast-moving global environment, will stay ahead of needs before they arise, and will act as a reliable extension of the President. The role regularly involves working with senior leaders, customers, and other stakeholders across the business.

This is a hybrid position based in either Livonia, MI or Alpharetta, GA.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee a busy and evolving executive calendar, balancing priorities across multiple time zones.
  • Arrange all domestic and international travel details, including itineraries, visa needs, and last-minute changes.
  • Plan and support leadership meetings, executive presentations, and important events.
  • Coordinate leadership team meetings and quarterly business reviews, including agenda preparation and stakeholder coordination.
  • Act as a central contact for internal teams, senior leadership, customers, and other external partners.
  • Identify issues early and resolve scheduling, coordination, and operational concerns proactively.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict discretion.
  • Assist with administrative and financial tasks such as expense submissions, purchase orders, and budget monitoring.
  • Work with HR, IT, and other teams to support onboarding, equipment management, and day-to-day team operations.
  • Help with internal training efforts and broader organizational initiatives when needed.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite or president level.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and coordinating international travel.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • High standards of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as required.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with systems used for expense reporting, purchase orders, or employee onboarding.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and openness to new challenges.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfort handling several tasks at once and performing well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Compensation and benefits

The annual pay range for this role is $70,000 to $110,000. The actual offer may vary based on budget, experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

Siemens also provides a range of health and wellness benefits to employees.

Equity and inclusion

Siemens is committed to equitable opportunity and to building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society. The company welcomes candidates who bring different identities, perspectives, skills, and experiences.
