Role Overview
As the Exams Liaison, you will serve as the main campus representative managing all examination-related questions and arrangements, collaborating closely with the Assessment and Examinations Manager. Your responsibility will be to ensure students and their families are well informed and supported, maintain precise documentation, and oversee smooth conduct of exam series from planning through completion.
Key Duties
- Act as the approachable contact point for exam-related inquiries from students and families
- Clearly disseminate examination schedules, access accommodations, and deadlines
- Coordinate logistics with teaching staff, heads of department, and administrative teams during exam periods
- Assist in the management of online proctoring and accommodate time zone differences
- Verify exam registrations, paperwork, and student information for correctness
- Facilitate pre-examination briefings and manage post-exam activities including result inquiries and grade reviews
- Support internal exam cycles and coursework submission deadlines
- Provide dedicated assistance during three yearly exam sessions occurring in January, May/June, and October/November
Candidate Profile
- Current teaching staff member at CGA Aoraki or Greenwich campuses
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Maintains composure and effectiveness under the stress of examination periods
- Effective communicator with students, families, and colleagues
- Proficient in handling spreadsheets, documentation, and data management
- Collaborative team player across departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with IGCSE or A-Level exam administration
- Knowledge of Pearson Edexcel or Cambridge examination protocols
- Experience in providing support for students requiring access arrangements
