Role Overview

As the Exams Liaison at the Aoraki campus, you will serve as the key point of contact for examination inquiries and logistical coordination. Partnering with the Assessment and Examinations Manager, you will ensure students receive clear information and support, maintain accurate documentation, and oversee smooth exam operations from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for students and families regarding exam-related questions
  • Clearly communicate exam schedules, access arrangements, and important deadlines
  • Coordinate exam logistics collaboratively with teachers, Heads of Department, and administrative staff
  • Facilitate online proctoring sessions and manage time-zone scheduling
  • Verify accuracy of exam entries, student details, and examination documentation
  • Assist with pre-exam briefings and post-exam procedures including result and grade inquiries
  • Support internal exam cycles and coursework deadline adherence
  • Provide additional assistance during three major exam periods annually: January, May/June, and October/November

Candidate Profile

  • Currently employed as a teacher at CGA’s Aoraki or Greenwich campuses
  • Exceptional organisational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Maintains composure and effectiveness during examination periods
  • Strong verbal communication skills enabling engagement with students, families, and peers
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, documentation management, and data handling
  • Team player with collaborative approach across departments

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in administering IGCSE or A-Level examinations
  • Familiar with Pearson Edexcel or Cambridge examination procedures
  • Skilled in providing support for students requiring special access arrangements
