PWM focuses on tailor-made wealth management plans for affluent clients, encompassing investment, tax, estate, and philanthropic planning alongside private banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors, content specialists, and compliance teams to ensure events meet business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate event plans clearly to internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners, maintaining compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct thorough post-event evaluations including feedback analysis and preparing reports highlighting success metrics and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of two years of professional experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with arts and cultural events is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain composure and clear judgment in dynamic environments.
  • Impeccable organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Willingness to travel as job duties require.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary ranging approximately between $75,000 and $125,000. Eligible employees may qualify for a discretionary bonus at fiscal year-end.
