About Cyberimpact

Cyberimpact is a trusted Canadian email marketing platform, serving a diverse range of organizations including businesses, educational institutions, municipalities, and associations. Our fully bilingual platform, compliant with Canadian data regulations, supports clients in managing audience relationships and expanding their reach through email marketing. As a Canadian-owned company experiencing rapid growth, we are entering an exciting phase of expansion.

Position Overview

Events and face-to-face interactions play a key role in our growth strategy. This role involves enhancing current event initiatives and expanding our national presence. You will manage our participation in conferences and trade shows, develop compelling community events, and lead a consistent webinar program. Collaboration with marketing leadership ensures each event maximizes measurable growth opportunities from preparation through follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement the company's attendance and presence at conferences and trade shows, including logistics, booth setup, and onsite engagement.
  • Lead pre-event outreach, including audience engagement, appointment scheduling, and promotional activities.
  • Manage resources such as event materials, giveaways, signage, demonstrations, and shipping arrangements.
  • Coordinate schedules, speaking engagements, and meetings for executives and customers during events.
  • Ensure leads are captured at events and followed up within 48 hours.
  • Conduct post-event reviews, ROI analysis, and track lead conversions.
  • Create and maintain a calendar of community events and sponsorships across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
  • Organize company-hosted community events and oversee participation in sponsored ones.
  • Evaluate sponsorship opportunities for strategic fit and pipeline potential, negotiating terms where applicable.
  • Manage the end-to-end webinar program including topic selection, speaker preparation, promotion, production, and follow-up.
  • Arrange Cyberimpact's participation in external webinars, securing speaking spots for company executives.
  • Coordinate guest speakers and partners for webinar sessions.
  • Collaborate with content marketing to distribute and repurpose recorded webinars.
  • Analyze webinar metrics to enhance registration, attendance, and conversion rates.
  • Develop a steady webinar schedule and grow the audience consistently.
  • Support French-language webinar sessions with bilingual team members.
  • Partner with Director of Growth and Growth Marketing Manager to align events with demand generation and campaign strategies.
  • Produce monthly reports on event, webinar, sponsorship, and community engagement KPIs, tracking ROI, cost per lead, attendance, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness based on data.
  • Offer marketing assistance for campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives as needed.

Desired Outcomes

  • Events feature comprehensive pre-event activation, organized onsite execution, and thorough ROI assessment.
  • Webinar programs run on a regular schedule with increasing attendee engagement.
  • The pipeline generated by events grows while reducing cost per opportunity.

Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 4 years experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation, with proven ability to manage events from start to finish.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including budget oversight, vendor coordination, timeline management, and logistical execution.
  • Comfortable representing the company both in-person and via virtual presentations.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Located in the Greater Toronto Area with availability for frequent regional travel and occasional national travel to conferences and trade shows.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Professional-level fluency in English and French.
  • Experience with webinar platforms and virtual event production.
  • Background in marketing technology (martech), SaaS, or email marketing industries.
  • Negotiation skills related to venues, sponsorship deals, and vendor contracts.
