Role Overview

We are looking for an educator (m/f/d) in Bremen for either full-time or part-time employment. The role gives you the chance to get a feel for different areas of work and build initial professional experience in a supportive environment.

What You Can Expect

• You will receive a permanent employment contract with pay that is fair and above the standard collective agreement, starting at 23 EUR per hour. Holiday pay and Christmas bonus are included.
• Travel expenses can be covered, or you may receive a job ticket. There is also an option for a company car with a fuel card, which may be used privately.
• You get 30 days of paid leave each year, which can be planned flexibly.
• If there is no assignment, your wages continue to be paid. You also receive full pay during vacation or sickness.
• Your overtime does not expire automatically; you decide how it should be handled.
• You can choose the type of setting you want to work in, such as daycare centers, crèches, residential homes, or facilities for people with disabilities. Your preferences are taken into account, and if a placement does not suit you, a solution will be found.
