About the Role
Join a well-established Environmental Health & Safety function focused on strengthening workplace safety and protecting occupational health within a plant environment. This position is centered on promoting a strong safety culture, reducing operational risk, and ensuring activities remain aligned with applicable standards and regulations.
What You Will Do
You will help drive and enforce occupational health and safety practices across manufacturing operations, with responsibility for risk control, incident management, contractor oversight, and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
- Support the packaging and assembly of gas turbines and compressors.
- Oversee critical lifting and rigging activities.
- Carry out pressure testing on equipment and systems.
- Ensure process safety requirements are followed in daily operations.
- Perform Bow-Tie risk assessments.
- Maintain compliance with environmental requirements across tasks and work areas.
- Use HSE software to document, report, and track safety matters.
- Lead incident investigations as a certified investigator.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors in a controlled and effective way.
- Roll out safety programs and practical initiatives.
- Track assigned corrective actions through to completion.
What You Need
Success in this role calls for substantial HSE experience in industrial settings, strong leadership in daily operations, and the ability to influence a culture where safety is shared across teams.
- At least 5 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety, preferably in the oil and gas or power industries.
- NEBOSH certification is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Rig Aramco HSE requirements.
- Background in manufacturing or industrial engineering, with the right practical mindset.
- Ability to encourage an interdependent HSE culture across teams.
- Strong interpersonal leadership skills.
- Comfort working collaboratively as part of a team.
