Job Overview
This role of Regional Medical Advisor, based in the Greater Kolkata Area, offers an opportunity to contribute to medical knowledge and improved patient care. The role involves collaborating with key medical opinion leaders and conducting medical affairs activities aligned with strategic objectives within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact regularly with designated thought leaders through medical affairs engagements.
- Implement strategic initiatives including medical education programs and advisory board facilitation.
- Communicate scientific findings effectively with specialists and stakeholders in a non-clinical setting.
- Collect and analyze data about disease trends and provide insights to inform medical affairs strategy.
- Respond to scientific queries from healthcare professionals pertaining to Dr. Reddy's products.
- Adhere strictly to the company's Code of Business Ethics (COBE) policy.
- Design and deliver training modules for internal sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- MBBS degree with an additional postgraduate qualification in any medical discipline, or MBBS combined with an MBA from a recognized institution.
- Fresh postgraduates or candidates with up to two years’ experience in field-based medical affairs are eligible.
