Role Overview

We seek a dynamic Entrepreneur in Residence to help identify, launch, and rapidly scale innovative products as part of our expanding global financial ecosystem. This role involves end-to-end ownership of new initiatives, driving business strategy, product development, and go-to-market execution with agility and speed.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate new product ventures or revitalize underperforming projects from the ground up.
Manage comprehensive product P&L responsibilities, including strategy formulation, revenue modeling, growth, and optimization.
Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through design, development, launch, growth, and ongoing maintenance.
Lead and hold accountable a high-performing team through quality hiring, goal setting, roadmap development, and regular one-on-one meetings.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Financial Crime teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Degree in a STEM or similarly quantitative discipline from a prestigious university.
Minimum 4 years' experience in a fast-paced environment such as high-growth tech startups, strategy consulting, investment banking, or equivalent fields.
At least 2 years as a founder or co-founder in a startup environment.
Proven track record of hands-on experience in developing and launching tech or digital products, with involvement in core areas like product management, engineering, strategy, or operations.
Experience in hiring and managing a team of 10 or more employees.
Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Additional Skills

Experience securing venture capital or private equity funding or participation in accelerator programs such as Y Combinator.
Master's degree from a top-tier institution.
Proficiency with programming or query languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
Interest or experience in financial services.
