Head of Product/Co-Founder

About the Role

We are seeking a committed and entrepreneurial Technical Product Owner eager to help build a groundbreaking SaaS platform at a fast-expanding sales enablement and automation startup. As a vital member of the founding leadership team, you will spearhead the ongoing development of our enterprise platform aimed at transforming sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and management of the product roadmap, driving essential features from initial concept through to deployment.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of customer challenges through consistent research and interaction, refining problem statements for the team.
• Leverage data-driven insights to support and validate decision-making processes.
• Balance scope and trade-off negotiations to maximize business outcomes.
• Incorporate knowledge from data analytics, customer feedback, and industry standards into enhancing the product experience.
• Partner closely with customer-facing teams to collect feedback and communicate updates on product development.

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in software development with at least two years in a Product Management role collaborating daily with development teams.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS product roadmaps and possessing an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting strategic presentations and providing executive-level updates.
• Proficient with analytics platforms, skilled in data analysis for tracking KPIs and deriving meaningful questions.
• Empathetic towards both customers and delivery teams, adept at operational effectiveness and prioritization including task automation and delegation.
• Capable of working independently with a collaborative mindset, knowing when to seek consensus.
• Driven to achieve impactful results and ideally experienced in UI/UX design to create engaging user experiences.

Additional Information

• The product MVP has already been launched with actual customers.
• This is an equity-only role without a current salary; remuneration is via equity with salary expected only after the next funding round.
• We welcome side projects if the startup role remains your primary focus, allowing up to 20 hours weekly for other work to cover living expenses.
