Role overview

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will support the growth of the voice AI platform by helping enterprise customers adopt it successfully. The role combines technical problem solving, customer support, internal process improvement, and sales enablement.

What you will do

• Partner closely with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of the sales cycle.
• Work directly with technical stakeholders at customer and prospect companies to design and support tailored solutions.
• Develop persuasive technical demos that showcase product value.
• Create enablement materials that help the sales team explain and use the product more effectively.
• Build self-serve documentation and tools that let customers implement solutions on their own.
• Spot recurring integration needs or feature patterns and help turn them into product improvements with the product team.
