Job description

About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company that is changing the way people interact with technology. Founded in January 2023 with its first human-like AI voice model, the company now supports millions of users and thousands of businesses, ranging from fast-growing startups to major enterprises such as Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia, the company has raised $781M and reached an $11B valuation.

The company has grown from voice into three core product areas:

  • ElevenAgents helps businesses create smooth, intelligent customer experiences with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability needed to run voice and chat agents at scale.
  • ElevenCreative gives creators and marketers tools to generate and edit speech, music, images, and video in more than 70 languages.
  • ElevenAPI provides developers with access to leading AI audio foundation models.

ElevenLabs is built by researchers, engineers, and operators who aim to do the best work of their careers. The team values speed, ownership, and creating meaningful long-term impact.

How We Work

  • We move quickly, test ideas often, and keep teams lean, independent, and low on bureaucracy.
  • Impact matters more than hierarchy; there are no rigid job titles, and no task is considered too small or too large.
  • AI is used throughout the company to improve speed and output quality across engineering, growth, and operations.
  • Quality is expected in every area, at a level that matches the company’s AI products.
  • The team is global, and talent matters more than geography.

What We Offer

  • A chance to join a company working on a major opportunity to shape the future of AI.
  • Room to grow beyond your immediate responsibilities and contribute in broader ways.
  • Support for professional development through an annual discretionary learning stipend.
  • An annual discretionary travel stipend for in-person meetups with colleagues.
  • A yearly company offsite in a new location, with past gatherings held in Croatia and Italy.
  • A monthly co-working stipend for those not near one of the main hubs.

About the Role

This role places you at the center of ElevenLabs’ London office, acting as the main point of contact and the person who helps shape the day-to-day experience of the team. You will support the launch and smooth running of the new Soho office, which serves as a base for the growing UK team and a gathering point for the London AI community.

As the London Workplace Experience lead, you will keep office operations organized, help build a welcoming culture, and make sure the space is an enjoyable and efficient place to work. The role is well suited to someone energetic, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving AI environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the local contact for the London team, welcoming new starters, staff, guests, and candidates so they feel comfortable and supported from the start.
  • Handle daily office operations such as post, shared areas, meeting room preparation, and coordination with vendors including cleaning, catering, and maintenance providers.
  • Help shape the workplace atmosphere by managing snacks, coffee, team lunches, birthday celebrations, and other social rituals that make the office enjoyable.
  • Support on-site events and visitor experiences, including AI hackathons, evening meetups, and the reception of external guests and partners.

Requirements

  • You must be based in London and available to work from the office five days per week.
  • You should have strong experience managing the daily operations of a high-visibility office and be comfortable making quick decisions under pressure.
  • You need experience serving as the main contact for building management, vendors, office maintenance, and supply coordination.
  • You should be able to communicate professionally with a broad range of people, including executives, legal partners, vendors, and guests.
  • You need a proactive mindset and the ability to spot problems early, improve processes, and remove inefficiencies in a fast-paced setting.
  • You should have experience creating a positive office environment, including planning events and negotiating with vendors for quality and value.

Why This Role Matters

This is an opportunity to get established at one of the leading companies in AI. You’ll have the independence to influence the local culture and the chance to build your understanding of workplace operations and facilities management as the UK team continues to grow.

Location

The position is based in London and requires full-time, in-office attendance five days a week.
