Role Overview

As a Deployment Strategist, you will work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers, go-to-market professionals, product engineers, and other strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, the company’s enterprise AI platform, against complex customer challenges. Your job is to connect scattered inputs into a clear understanding of the real problem, the current workflows, the product requirements, user motivation, and the areas where impact can be delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with strategic customers to understand their AI transformation goals and identify the biggest pain points, especially in customer-facing and operational workflows driven by AI agents.
• Own major deals from discovery to close, including use-case selection, commercial structuring, outcome-based pricing, licensing, and implementation arrangements.
• Become deeply embedded with priority customers by spending meaningful time on site, serving as a trusted partner, and taking responsibility for delivery outcomes.
• Spot high-value use cases through close customer engagement and partner with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to turn them into working solutions.
• Advise customers on strong deployment practices for ElevenAgents, including agent design, orchestration, and readiness for production.
• Evaluate opportunities to apply the product in new industries and expand the company’s AI offerings across sectors.
• Present findings, proposals, and progress to both technical stakeholders and senior executives.
• Feed frontline customer insights back to research teams to help influence the platform and model roadmap.
• Create and deliver persuasive demos of ElevenAgents and the broader AI stack to both new and existing customers.
• Work daily with customer engineering and leadership teams to move agents into production and achieve measurable business results.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, with direct enterprise exposure preferred.
• Background in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Strong commercial judgment and comfort discussing deals, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles with go-to-market partners.
• Working knowledge of Python and API integrations, enough to prototype solutions, build demos, and communicate effectively with engineers.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving ability, with the skill to simplify technical ideas and build clear reasoning toward the best solution.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex and ambiguous initiatives, with a history of delivering results.
• Flexibility to work across different customer settings, industries, and technical scenarios.
• Technical understanding of common LLM tools and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to translate enterprise workflows and use cases into AI-driven solutions creatively.

Location

This position is remote and may be performed from anywhere in the world. If preferred, you may also work from the company offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, or Warsaw.
