Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to increase enterprise adoption of the Creatio platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of building a successful sales territory within innovative SaaS companies and will excel in managing a portfolio of top-tier enterprises. The position involves generating sales opportunities, managing pipelines, and collaborating with diverse teams internally.

This role reports to the Regional Sales Director for MEA located in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue and performance goals consistently.
  • Source and develop new business within assigned regions, maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipelines.
  • Handle the complete enterprise sales cycle to develop and implement effective solution sales tactics.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior leaders (VP and C-level) in business and IT sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos.
  • Focus on acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts to spot upsell and cross-sell possibilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with various customer units including executives, stakeholders, operations, and procurement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 5 years’ experience in enterprise SaaS platform sales targeting large organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or surpass quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Strong grasp of executive-level enterprise and global account sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in CRM and Business Process Management software markets is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and native proficiency in Arabic are essential.
