Role overview
Pluralsight is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive regional revenue growth by building and expanding relationships with enterprise customers. In this role, you will act as the main coordinator for the account team, bringing together Solution Engineers, BDRs, and CSMs to shape account strategies, improve execution, and turn enterprise opportunities into measurable growth. The position is available in Rockhampton Area and also in Melbourne, Australia.
What you will do
- Manage the complete enterprise sales process, from first conversation through to deal closure.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite leaders.
- Uncover customer business priorities and determine the skills and capabilities they need to succeed in their market.
- Present Pluralsight’s value in a clear, consultative way and help define success criteria with customers.
- Create and execute account plans that align Pluralsight’s growth goals with the customer’s objectives.

- Comfort with strategic negotiation across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- At least 10 years of related sales experience or equivalent expertise.
- Experience selling multi-year SaaS contracts to C-suite buyers is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as required; some roles involve limited travel while others may involve up to 40% travel depending on business needs.
