Role overview
This opportunity is for an Enterprise Account Executive focused on expanding revenue across a region. The role is based in the Wollongong area, with this position also available in Melbourne, Australia. The job centers on building long-term enterprise relationships, driving customer success, and coordinating closely with Solution Engineers, BDRs, and CSMs to create effective account strategies and convert enterprise opportunities into growth.

You will act as the main driver for enterprise accounts, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The position calls for someone who can manage complex sales cycles, work confidently with senior stakeholders, and guide internal partners toward a shared plan that wins business and strengthens customer outcomes.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the complete enterprise sales process from first contact through contract close.
- Develop trusted relationships with C-suite leaders and senior decision-makers.
- Understand each customer’s business priorities and identify the skills or capabilities they need to compete successfully.
- Demonstrate Pluralsight’s value in a way that helps customers define measurable success outcomes.
- Create and execute strategic account plans that align the company’s growth goals with customer objectives.
- Coordinate with Solution Engineers, BDRs, and CSMs to build and deliver effective plans of attack.

- Experience handling strategic negotiations and working across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- At least 10 years of relevant sales experience or equivalent mastery.
- A background in SaaS or EdTech, especially selling multi-year SaaS contracts to senior executives, is highly preferred.
- Depending on business needs, travel may be limited or may go up to 40% for some quota-carrying sales roles.
