Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is being shared for a partner organization, which will handle applications and the remainder of the hiring process. The hiring company is seeking a Senior Director, Growth Marketing in the United States.
This is a senior leadership position centered on speeding up enterprise expansion and winning new customers across the most important accounts. The role sits at the crossroads of marketing, sales, and customer success, helping shape how enterprise decision-makers understand the platform’s value and why it matters now. It combines strategy with hands-on execution, so the right person can design account-based growth programs and also personally lead early-stage initiatives inside key accounts. You will work closely with revenue leadership to uncover expansion opportunities, influence multiple stakeholders in the buying process, and build strong pipeline across enterprise accounts. In partnership with field marketing, product marketing, and sales, you will turn insights into targeted campaigns that engage executive audiences. This is a builder role where early tests are expected to grow into repeatable company-wide growth systems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise growth marketing strategy for priority customer and prospect accounts, with a focus on expansion and new business pipeline.
- Create and launch an account-based growth engine from scratch, experimenting, refining, and scaling the most effective plays.
- Work hand in hand with Sales and Customer Success to spot expansion opportunities and align on account-level action plans.
- Convert product messaging, usage signals, and account insights into focused campaigns that shape senior stakeholder decisions.
- Plan and deliver integrated account programs such as executive events, webinars, field marketing initiatives, and customized content experiences.
- Collaborate across field marketing, product marketing, digital, and operations teams to execute unified account strategies.
- Develop scalable frameworks that turn successful experiments into repeatable enterprise growth motions.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including strong exposure to enterprise ABM, demand generation, or strategic account growth.
- A demonstrated history of driving or owning pipeline creation for high-value enterprise accounts.
- Solid commercial judgment and a clear understanding of enterprise sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying groups, and revenue growth stages.
- Direct experience partnering with senior leaders in Sales and Customer Success on complex account strategies.
- The ability to turn unclear account opportunities into structured marketing plans that can be executed across teams.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to influence teams without formal authority across marketing, product, and revenue functions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and building scalable programs through early experimentation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders and internal leaders.
Benefits
- Competitive fixed pay plus performance-linked compensation potential
- Equity participation in a fast-growing company
- Full health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
- Flexible remote arrangement across the United States and Canada
- Generous paid time off and flexible leave policies
- Support allowances for home office and work-from-home needs
- Access to professional learning and development support programs
- Chance to work directly with enterprise customers and strategically important accounts
