English Hindi Customer Care Executive

About the Role

We invite motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team in Kolkata as Customer Care Executives. This position involves managing inbound domestic voice calls, delivering outstanding service, and addressing customer inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and process sales.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
• Strive to meet and exceed targets for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Applicants must have completed at least 12th grade.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Fluency in English and Hindi with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential.
• Commitment to no leave for the upcoming 90 days is mandatory.
• Availability for immediate joining is required.
• The candidate's Aadhaar must be linked to their contact number.

Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs.
• Female employees are exempt from night shifts, working between 7 AM to 8 PM for any 9-hour period.
• Male employees may be scheduled for any 9-hour shift across 24 hours.
• Work week consists of 6 days with one rotational weekly off.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging approximately ₹10,900 to ₹12,500 with a CTC of ₹13,400 for Hindi+Bengali speakers.
• Employee benefits include contributions to EPFO and ESIC.
• Flexible working shifts.
