Role Summary

We are seeking a full-time English and Soft Skills Trainer to operate on-site at our Dokki, Cairo facility. The key responsibility is to deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions in English language and soft skills. The role includes lesson planning, creation of learning materials, and adapting content to suit varied proficiency levels and learner requirements. Monitoring learner progress, delivering insightful feedback, and maintaining accurate attendance and performance records are essential. Additional duties involve coaching learners to improve communication abilities, customer relations, and professional conduct. Collaboration with the academy team for curriculum enhancement and participation in internal professional development are also expected. The ideal candidate will cultivate an inclusive and inspiring learning environment that promotes continuous skill advancement and practical implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to teach English and soft skills with well-organized, learner-focused session design and delivery.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to foster learner engagement and professional interactions.
• Competence in translation and language support to clarify concepts effectively when needed.
• Experience in lesson planning, curriculum design, and assessment to ensure training aligns with desired learning outcomes.
• A relevant bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a similar discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience as a language, soft skills, or corporate trainer is highly advantageous.
• Strong classroom management, facilitation, and coaching capabilities with an emphasis on learner-centered and inclusive approaches.
• Comfortable utilizing digital tools for delivering training, preparing materials, and tracking learner progress.
