The role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery. As an Engagement Lead, you will take ownership of client work from early discovery through proof of concept, MVP, and full production rollout. This position is suited to experienced consultants who want to move beyond recommendations and be accountable for real-world execution and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional engagements and ensuring they progress smoothly from concept to deployment.

• Work with clients to uncover operational, functional, and technical barriers that AI Co-Workers can remove, automate, or significantly improve
• Build value cases, success metrics, and business drivers aligned to strategic outcomes
• Convert client needs into clear business and technical requirements
• Design the logic and flow of AI Co-Workers using modern AI and learning-model approaches to improve decisions and task execution
• Own the delivery roadmap and deployment strategy for each solution
• Lead delivery through proof of concept, MVP, and production release
• Act as the main representative of Future Secure AI throughout the engagement
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery across AI developers, QA/QC, and engineering teams
• Track dependencies, remove blockers, and keep delivery moving with strong quality and transparency
• Do whatever is reasonably needed to support commercial success, excellent delivery, and the company’s reputation

What you need to bring

• Background in leading complex client engagements or delivery programs within a consulting firm
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to turn vague client needs into practical AI solutions
• Experience managing cross-functional teams such as engineering, data, QA, or product
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including executives and steering committees
• Excellent planning, prioritisation, and execution skills in fast-moving and uncertain environments
• Comfort operating across strategy, technology, and delivery rather than staying in one specialist silo
• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to high-quality outcomes

Desired experience

Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation, or advanced analytics is highly valued. However, direct hands-on technical development is not required.
