Role overview
In this position, you will support participants in securing sustainable employment through coaching, tailored job support, and follow-up assistance. You will also work with local employers to create opportunities that match participant goals and needs.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver personalised coaching, placement support, and ongoing assistance to your participant group.
- Build relationships with local employers to uncover suitable roles that align with participant aspirations.
- Take time to understand each client’s individual employment circumstances and barriers.
- Work closely with employers to connect suitable talent with available opportunities.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in Employment Services is highly beneficial.
- Background in customer service, sales, contact centre work, or recruitment will be valuable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal ability, and adaptability in a varied workday.
- High attention to detail, administrative capability, and confidence using IT systems.
Mandatory checks and access requirements
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are required before employment begins. Successful applicants must also create a myGovID to access government data relevant to the role.
