The role also involves finding practical solutions to employment challenges, promoting inclusive hiring, and supporting workplace adjustments where needed.
You will also build relationships with employers and other stakeholders, particularly those who value diversity and inclusion, to create more opportunities for participants.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal person is someone who values diversity and inclusion, communicates well with a range of stakeholders, and approaches problems with a creative, solution-oriented mindset. A compassionate and empathetic approach is important, along with a genuine desire to create positive change for others.
Experience from areas such as sales, retail, call centres, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration may also transfer well to this position.
