Experience from fields such as sales, retail, call centres, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration may also translate well into this position.
Key Duties
You will work with participants to help them prepare for work, secure employment, and remain in roles that are sustainable over time. The job also involves helping participants build confidence, recognise their strengths, and move forward with purpose.
You will be expected to create practical solutions for barriers to employment, champion workplace inclusion, and support reasonable adjustments where needed. A major part of the role is also building employer relationships and partnering with organisations that value diversity and inclusion.
