Role overview
APM is hiring an Employment Consultant for its Inclusive Employment Australia Program in Cannington, Western Australia. The position focuses on helping people with disability prepare for, obtain, and keep meaningful work that can improve their lives.

What the role involves
- Support participants with disability in getting ready for employment, finding suitable roles, and staying in sustainable work.
- Help people recognise their strengths, build confidence, and move into work with renewed motivation.
- Develop practical and creative solutions to employment barriers so participants have the support they need to succeed.
- Promote inclusive recruitment and appropriate workplace adjustments with employers and stakeholders.
- Celebrate job placements and other milestones with participants, recognising progress at every stage.
- Build strong partnerships with employers who value diversity and inclusion.
