Role Summary
Located at the Lilydale centre, this role involves working with participants of the Workforce Australia program to help them overcome obstacles to employment and successfully gain workforce entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a large caseload of job seekers requiring assistance.
- Engage actively with participants who are work-ready to secure long-term employment, including employer outreach through reverse marketing strategies.
- Identify and address individual barriers preventing job readiness.
- Equip participants with necessary tools and confidence for workforce entry.
- Utilise problem-solving abilities and resilience to maximise employment outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- A proactive, reliable self-starter driven to achieve impactful results and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to adapt dynamically to challenges and changing work environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business KPIs and targets.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
