About the Role
APM is looking for an Employment Consultant to join its Coffs Harbour, New South Wales site as part of the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. The role focuses on helping people with disability prepare for, secure, and sustain meaningful work.

You will also develop creative ways to solve employment challenges, promote inclusive hiring, advocate for workplace adjustments, and build partnerships with employers who value diversity and inclusion. Successes, both big and small, are actively recognised and celebrated.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Coffs Harbour, NSW. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Terms and Conditions
- You must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle are required.
- You need a MyGovID at Standard level.
- You must be willing to complete a National Police Check.
- You must be able to pass a Working with Children Check.
- The role requires availability for full-time work from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
