- Support and coach HR Business Partners on investigations and escalated employee relations matters.
- Make sure investigations follow internal policies, employment legislation, and accepted HR best practice.
- Work alongside Legal, HR, and business leaders to assess risk and suggest corrective action and wider organisational improvements.
- Keep case records and reporting accurate, while also spotting themes and trends where relevant.
- Contribute to regional and global Employee Relations initiatives and projects when needed.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of building trust and influencing people at different levels.
- Experience supporting Employee Relations work across multiple countries, particularly within EMEA and/or APAC.
- Good understanding of employment law principles and HR compliance in international settings.
- Experience working closely with Legal teams and senior business leaders.
- Comfort working in environments that are changing quickly and can be ambiguous.
