Train to Hire Programme Overview
The fully sponsored Emiratization Train to Hire Programme aims to cultivate emerging Emirati educators, welcoming bachelor's degree holders from any discipline who possess a passion for education and nurturing young minds. Participants will achieve a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Birmingham while acquiring practical classroom experience at leading international schools in Dubai.
