What the Role Involves

Minimum Requirements
- Must meet Emiratization criteria and hold a family book.
- Basic qualification or high school diploma is required.
- Prior customer service exposure is helpful but not mandatory.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic is essential.

- Solid working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is needed.
