About the Role
promx Technologies Pvt. Ltd. seeks motivated individuals to join as Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator / Coordinator interns. This position involves diligent data handling, maintaining accurate records, and administrative support in a dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Enter data precisely and keep systematic records updated.
- Create and revise Excel spreadsheets, MIS reports, and necessary documents.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, field engineers, and internal teams.
- Manage communications including emails, phone calls, and follow-ups.
- Organize and sustain office files and project documentation.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and project coordination efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and internet usage.
- Good typing speed for efficient data input.
- Effective communication abilities in Hindi and elementary English.
- Positive mindset and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass, graduate, or currently pursuing graduation.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Additional Information
- Internship duration is 6 months.
- Stipend ranges between ₹8,000 and ₹15,000 monthly based on capability and performance.
- Full-time internship requiring work from the office located at Kakrola Housing Complex, Plot No. 663, Near MCD Office, Najafgarh Road, New Delhi – 110078.
