Emergency Call Center Operator (m/f/d) – Open to Career Changers

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming emergency calls with care.
• Coordinate the deployment of emergency responders and technical services.
• Document incidents and the actions taken thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with customers, authorities, and emergency teams.
• Monitor alarm and security systems to ensure safety.

Compensation

Hourly wages range between 18 and 25 euros depending on qualifications and assigned duties.
