About the Role

You will be involved in receiving, processing, and coordinating emergency and service calls to create safety and support those in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and handle incoming emergency calls
- Coordinate deployment of emergency responders and technical services
- Record incidents and actions taken
- Communicate with clients, authorities, and emergency teams
- Monitor alarm and security systems
Compensation
The remuneration ranges from 18 to 25 euros per hour, depending on your qualifications and area of deployment.
