Role overview
The Future University is looking for an Email Marketing Expert to plan and execute performance-focused email campaigns that support the learner journey and drive engagement. This on-site role is based in Mohali district, India, and involves building lifecycle communication, improving campaign outcomes, and aligning email messaging with broader brand and product goals.
Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and refine full-funnel email campaigns, including welcome series, course reminders, drip campaigns, and win-back automations.
- Divide audiences using behavioral, demographic, and engagement-based insights to send tailored messages that improve opens, clicks, and conversions.
- Use CRM-driven data to set up lifecycle messaging such as onboarding emails, milestone notifications, and recovery flows through tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Brevo.
- Run A/B experiments on subject lines, calls to action, email design, and send timings to improve overall performance.
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and unsubscribe rate, then turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Partner with design, content, and product teams to keep communication consistent and aligned with the brand across all customer touchpoints.
