Role Overview

The Future University is looking for a Community Manager to help shape and scale its bootcamp offerings. This role sits at the intersection of community building, creator collaboration, learning experience design, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with creators to shape, improve, and expand bootcamps using fresh and effective content approaches.
• Take ownership of the full business performance of bootcamps, including sales, marketing, and operational outcomes.
• Set the bootcamp’s positioning, pricing, course format, and audience focus to create strong learner and creator value.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and account management teams so programs run smoothly and are delivered on time.
• Track bootcamp impact through surveys, participant feedback, and ongoing improvement efforts.
• Create and sustain an active bootcamp community that increases learner satisfaction and keeps participants engaged.
• Review engagement data and learner sentiment to guide course quality improvements and support business growth.
• Build strong long-term relationships with creators to encourage loyalty and shared success.

You will be expected to combine community management, program execution, and growth thinking to make bootcamps more effective for learners, creators, and the business as a whole.
