About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Email and Social Media Marketing Specialist based in the United States. This position involves overseeing critical digital marketing channels, crafting meaningful communications, and enhancing audience engagement through strategic email and social media initiatives in a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, edit, and deploy email campaigns and newsletters aimed at engaging and motivating diverse target audiences effectively.
• Craft compelling email content including subject lines, body text, and calls to action tailored to various segments.
• Manage social media activities by planning, scheduling, and publishing posts, monitoring audience interactions, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Analyze performance metrics of both email and social media channels to glean insights and drive improvements in outreach campaigns.
• Maintain detailed content calendars, coordinate campaign schedules, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials with required approvals.
• Review and ensure accuracy, quality, tone consistency, and brand alignment of marketing materials, including AI-generated content, prior to release.
• Support promotional efforts for events such as webinars and conferences; maintain organized marketing documentation and workflows.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects and campaigns as needed.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines.
• Have 1 to 3 years of email marketing experience, including campaign creation and execution, along with some exposure to social media marketing.
• Demonstrate strong copywriting ability with skill in crafting attention-grabbing subject lines and engaging content that drives actions.
• Exhibit excellent written communication and adaptability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Show effective project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-moving environment.
• Display keen attention to detail, proofreading skills, and a strong commitment to ensuring quality.
• Be proficient with Microsoft 365 and familiar with graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Have experience using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer and email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Possess basic HTML knowledge and an understanding of marketing analytics and reporting techniques.
• Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are considered a plus.
• Must be located in the United States with legal authorization to work.
